It's exciting to see America in Bloom winner Lewes, Delaware carry their "blooming" activities right through the holidays. Here's an excerpt from their newsletter.
The 79th Annual Lewes Christmas Parade will take place on (December 4) at 5:00 p.m. Honorary Grand Marshal of the Christmas Parade will be the Lewes in Bloom Organization. This is in honor of their beautification efforts in Lewes since 2002, and to recognize their third, First Place finish in the national contest sponsored by America in Bloom.
